I had a longer than usual wait at the speaker in the drive thru line. I sat at the speaker for at least two minutes before I heard anyone's voice. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Whopper And Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries. I asked the young lady if bacon was included on the sandwich and she said no. I looked at the menu board and my sandwich appeared as if I asked for no bacon. I proceeded to pay for my order and was asked to pull forward to wait for my order. The girl at window and counter handing out the wrong orders making the young woman cooking the food work extra hard. The woman in the back makes a perfect fresh Burger King burger... extra onions, extra mustard and ketchup, extra pickle perfect.

Always good food but omg it takes forever.. I only go when there's no line.. I think they short staffed or something but super nice customer service as well..I like when they say we're awesome.. xo
