Every single time after a long day of deal with the intolerable, it alls goes away when I have chad or his lovely women of his take care of my order ! It never disappoints to be told he was only a shift lead was a bit heartbreaking employees like these are taken for granted and need more recognition . His lobby was spotless his employees has great service skills him himself has a great leadership skill and role. The manager is so nice!! My boyfriend and I had an online order, there was a couple things that were messed up with his sandwich. But it was a miscommunication through the online order and the stores system. The manager had no problem fixing his sandwich and she even offered to make the meals a combo! I will definitely be coming back! We love our local subway!
