The food was deliciously made to order and this location was very clean. The only issue I had for my visit was the staff. There was only one manager on duty training three different people, so that made the wait time excessively long, however it was understandable considering it was noon time, with three new employees. I'd recommend the hiring manager possibly putting less trainees on one shift.
Not a good look for tropical to have walls built around for employees to run and go hide out. I ordered 2 smoothies through the app at 2:37. I arrived 10 minutes later and didnt walk out until 3:05. Mean while walk in orders were getting their orders before me?! Made no sense. Not my favorite tropical location.

Abe went above and beyond for our place of business today (group order of 13 people). We tried placing an online order 3 or 4x and it would not go thru. We then called to see if we could email the online order to him in which we did. Computer issues were getting to the best of us and he came to our place of business, grabbed the orders, took them back to be made and hand delivered everything within 15-20 minutes. Customer service top notch. He was fast, efficient and very accommodating.
