I ordered online so when I got there everything could be done and ready. Well I get there (mind you it's a 20min drive) it's not ready but that's fine I got a large order what's a lil wait. They start sending my drinks out with no carrier because you know every vehicle has 6 cup holders. Well, I ask for a carrier so they don't spill, and I place them into it myself. I tried to write this with no Star, but they won’t let me, This Wendy’s doesn’t deserve a star But this comment is for this lady named Rachel. If you were going to fire somebody make sure you bring that person in to work..you are so unprofessional, We can hear your whole conversation by the window while picking up our food. Lukewarm food. Missing items and wrong items given. Bathroom is gross. From the sound of it the workers are having a great time..but at the cost of food quality and order accuracy. The freestyle pop machine in the dining room is out of everything.
