I usually enjoy Outback but this last time the service was poor and the food was mediocre at best. Our server visited our table to take the order and bring the check! The food was brought out by someone else. There were so many people waiting to be seated and no one was acknowledging them, it was as if the only person working was at the bar. It will be a very long time before we go back.
Hostess set the tone, ask how many then turned her back ?? We didn't know she was getting place settings, not very welcoming especially minus a smile. We kindly tipped the waitress, but she was slow and not attentive. I ask for carry-out for other have of hamburger by the time she came back I had nearly finished eating it.
