The first thing I noticed was how clean it was and the fact that when I walked in the door one of the sandwich artists was sweeping and there couldn't have been a crumb on the floor!!! All of the artists had smiles on their faces and said hello when we walked in. I know that during these times it can be easy to get bored and develop lax habits but, not this crew. Girl working must be new, she made my meatball sub with frozen meatballs and cold sauce. She had grabbed a new trey from behind her. It had to have been out of the refrigerator. How do you not think that maybe it should be hot? She seemed very poorly trained or new so I suggest a refresher coarse on the basics of her job. Sub was fine after I microwaved it at home.

Very nice but very slow. Didn't know how to make a melt and got charged for the bacon and didn't get enough slices on my turkey sub. I think they need to be trained better!
