The sandwich I got through the drive thru was great, but the order taker did not ring me up for a hashbrown. I didn't realize this until I got to the 2nd window. The gentleman at the window didn't even offer a solution, just "nope, sorry" and then shut the window. I called afterward, and I was told that there wasn't a drawer at the 2nd window, so I would've had to go through drive thru again or come inside to get a hashbrown. There was NO ONE behind me. Absolutely worst McDonald’s ever, bruh took like 30 minutes for two six pieces. The two managers stood there complaining about not enough workers, yet they are just up front bagging, bruh go back and make my food instead of complaining.

Everything single staff member should be on the Special Olympics team. The fact that you can't seem to manage two lines with drive through is beyond me. Yall shouldn't even make minimum wage. With the poor excuse of what you call work ethic. I hope none of yall procreate.
