Ordered my smoothie for 725am. Got there and no one was there. As I was pulling out someone was getting there to open the store 30 min late. Not very reliable open times. The smoothies are good when it's open though.
First time trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I downloaded the app and was rewarded with a free smoothie. It was easy to order on the mobile app and pick up was a breeze. The mobile order pick up area is next to the register - there's a shelf with your order receipt and sticker on the cup so you know which order is yours. People go to Tropical Smoothie, for smoothies. Not for a fruit and vegetable blended slushie from 7/11. This is the 4th time I've had this issue at this location (mind you, it wasn't busy and there was no rush). When you can tell just by looking that your smoothie wasn't blended fully, you know it's not going to be good. I go here because it's close to work. Not anymore. Too inconsistent.Do better
