Cool experience! They had a robot bring out the kids some ice cream. They also had origami for the kids. The cook was great. They have a Ginger salad dressing instead of the peanut and there noodles are very differnt and cooked in the back kitchen. They remind me of a chow may noodle instead of a udon.
This was my first hibachi experience! I am gluten *intolerant* and the server and chef (despite a slight language barrier) fully understood that I didn't mind my food being cooked on the cook top in front of us, but just wanted no soy sauce or teriyaki sauce (which contains gluten).
