I ordered pizza for my kids while I was on bed rest my order came completely wrong I called the store and spoke with Nick the manager who stated that he apologized he realized the order was wrong however could not catch the driver in time and could comp my entire meal to pick up I advised I couldn’t drive right now due to my condition he stated that wasn’t a problem he wrote my name down and I could come get it at anytime. After placing an order for 2 orders of Crazy Bread and Sauce and 2 orders of wings at the drive-thru, I was instructed to park in Spot #3 and wait. However, what was supposed Hot & Ready turned into a frustrating 20-minute wait in my car.In an attempt to expedite the process or receive some form of communication, I entered the store. I moved to Southfield 6 months ago, and have visited this Little Ceasers several times. Each time the service has been terrible; especially at night, and especially this last time, on the night of Sunday, March 17. The food sucks for a Little Caesars, as well. I will not be coming back again.This is the worst Little Ceasers in Metro-Detroit.
