Best staff, restaurant cleanliness and food at this location. While all Culver’s have been Great and Consistent, this team proved to be above and beyond. Cameron specifically came by to check how everything was and took my tray I had just finished. The quick check in on customers was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. Keep it up team! It makes a difference - Great Job!
I had order some chicken tenders, the tenders we're good but the fries was cold . the greeter at the front desk was not very friendly I had to tell her how to greet and acknowledge your customers and she still had a terrible response. No good customers service something she needs to learn and work on . It also took over 15 minutes after I sat down before someone came to my table to bring water. Service is very slow .
