“Seen a flyer for Soul food Saturday and I just had to try it. Ordered the catfish dinner and it comes with two sides (I got Max & cheese and dressing). Also, I ordered banana pudding and caramel cake for dessert.The catfish was seasoned well and moist; the dressing was moist as well and had a lot of flavor and the mac&cheese was good as well....lots of flavor with all the different cheeses and very cheesy The caramel cake was awesome the cake was really moist and spongy and the caramel sauce was fire ! The banana pudding was great as well and the serving sizes were just right. The entire meal was amazing and will definitely go there again to try another meal.The owner is very nice and personable and cares very much about the food she cooks. She cooks to order so the wait time may be a few minutes, but getting fresh food is always worth the wait. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience”

“I can't say enough good things about Soil Friends. Your fun changes with the season. You'll find tacos, cider and lots of other treats. You can enjoy them around the fire, while taking to a new friend. You can get your Halloween pumpkins and Christmas trees. You have access to the family farm and it's animals. The goats are so fun! You can walk the beautiful property, highly recommended around fall. You can even book a private party. My favorite season to visit is summer, for the fresh flowers. You can buy a precut bouquet or cut them yourself. The family is the sweetest and happy to help. I highly recommend a visit.”

“We ate at Brick and Brine for our anniversary this year, because we knew they had good food and they were open on a Monday! I had lobster bisque as an appetizer which was delicious. I had the scallops which came on a risotto base with broccolini as a side. The giant scallops were cooked very well and were melt-in-you-mouth tender on the inside, but lightly crisped on the outside. My wife had the 14 oz tomahawk pork chop, which was massive, but cooked to medium and was delicious. We also ordered a side of fingerling potatoes, which are served family style and are sufficient for a party of 4 instead of 2. But that gave us enough to bring home a box of about 1/2 the pork chops as well as potatoes. Our service was good, but the only glitch was a rather lengthy gap between finishing our meal and the return of our waitress to check on dessert or after-dinner drinks. The prices seem rather high, but considering we got three meals out of the dinner, they were not out of range. We will be coming back!”

Judy is very attentive and makes sure everyone has the best experience and quality service. She adores all kids and they will probably leave with a couple quarters. This place must be protected at all cost and deserves all the business it can get as she has supported the local communities for a long time.”

“I was so excited to find your menu online. I am always in the neighborhood and craving sushi, however I can’t eat anything with shellfish and I don’t eat anything rawr. So that makes things limited for me, however I found they had my favorite roll the Diablo roll! I was thrilled, went and picked it up and it was beautiful, it was so delicious. The service was great! 10/10 would recommend coming here for lunch or dinner! Will be back soon!”

“I think it’s up for debate what our wedding guests loved more, seeing us get married or this food. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. We were able to make a menu that not only accommodated vegans, vegetarians, nut allergies, and gluten sensitivities, but also provided a complete meal for those guests. We heard from just about every one of our 140+ guests how it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Many of the guests were not familiar with Mediterranean food, but they left with a new favorite cuisine. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the process and were very enthusiastic about giving us the best experience possible. We would highly recommend them for anything from dining in to catering larger events.”

“Just tried your new Ft Wayne location yesterday. Having lived in Saudi Arabia for years, your food is as close to legit as I have found since moving back to the USA!! The chicken Schwarma and tabouli were soooo good!! The falafel was the best I have ever had!!! The pita bread was excellent that the Schwarma was made with!!! We will def make the 1.5 hour drive to go back and do it frequently!!!”

“Stopped in today after a workout in Battle Creek with 2 football lineman. I had the Philly Cheesesteak. It was excellent in my opinion. They use a different cheese sauce besides Cheez Whiz and it works. They make your food after ordered. It's not pre-made and then put together, so expect a little bit of a wait. The staff were very courteous. The place was very clean. An excellent change of pace establishment for sandwiches and burgers. I will definitely eat here again!”

“My kids and I ate in at turbo last night. They did a phenomenal job, even while being under staffed. They were able to make my daughter a gluten free cheeseburger, subbed a different cheese for my sandwich, and didn't hesitate about my order being difficult. I asked for an extra cup so my kids could share a shake. They went above and beyond and split it in 2 different cups with cool whip on top of each. It made their day! Highly recommend!”
