Pizza was raw. They look the doors whenever they want or just close early for no reason frequently. You never know what your going to get when you go there. Heaven forbid you need to call them because the order is wrong, you will get someone in India that you can't understand who connects you supposedly because 20 minutes later someone answers. It picks up and hangs up directly afterwards then you get to start over.
Hot N' Ready should be renamed (Hot N' eventually). 30-minute wait in the drive-thru, only 3 cars in front of me at lunchtime, only one person working inside and no lobby service, door locked.

Staff was friendly and the store was very busy but all the staff seemed to be working hard and we got our pizza very fast. There is a drive thru but the parking lot is kind of crowded so it was easier just to walk in and order and pick up the pizza. This is a corporate location and they accept corporate coupons.
