Let me start by saying the lady that owns this restaurant was there by herself at the time I went to order some food from wing hing. She cooked that food so good ? I told everyone about it. It's so flavorful in every bite. Everything was cooked to perfection. She needs an award for best Chinese restaurant in Michigan. Best hole in the wall restaurant in the area. Takeout only since COVID. THE Szechuan shrimp with big, thick round noodles is my favorite. I pay a bit extra and have them put in chicken.

Food is great and authentic. The fried squid is addicting, my favorite wonton soup in the state. It might not be fancy or modern but the food is what matters and I have yet to be disappointed
