The chicken was burnt and it looked like they didn't clean their fryers or need new grease, while we sat and try to eat we kept noticing people that wanted food had to wait or go somewhere else , needs to improvement before I ever go back..
On 4-4-24 around 7:20 pm we waited over 5 minutes at the drive thru order screen, with no communication. Drive to the window to ask if the speaker was working and if we could place an order. Was told by a rude employee they're busy, go back around to order. By now there were 4 other vehicles behind us, terrible customer service to go with the terrible food. On the upside it saved us from eating KFC.

Not one single item ordered was fresh. Everything was stale and tasted like it had been left sitting for a while. Was told to pull up to a parking spot and my food would be brought out. Automatically on gaurd when I'm told that because we don't come through the drive through to then park, and realize you forgot something now we have to come in to get it straightened out.
