I used to so enjoy to dine at Panera. The salads were so good and fresh. The selection of sweets was amazing. I could enter at any time and find a sweet treat and beverage to take care of a crave. Some time ago they stared using that bagged lettuce. I am what is considers a taster: a certain percentage of people can taste flavors others can not. Tried the pepperoni mozzarella melt. It looked good in the photo, but I was surprised it had a single layer of thin pepperoni slices and very little sauce. There was a layer of mozzarella which was a decent portion. My first surprise was that unlike the photo, allI I saw when I unwrapped it was bread. Clean location, I just think the quality of food in America, especially fast food places, has gone downhill, and I'm not fond of the energized, amperage up caffeine teas and juices they have. Quality of food keeps declining each year, yet prices keep rising.
