4-13-24 I ordered Mac n cheese with mashed potatoes and a medium well steak.. I also ordered a cheeseburger with fries which tasted like they dumped salt on food was good but not good because it made us very sick .. we will never eat apple bees again period

Came in on a slow Tuesday evening. Ordered our app, took awhile but when we got it, they gave us the bbq chicken instead of honey pepper. Thought they could make it up to us by bringing us more but never delivered…Got our food an hour after we ordered. It arrived possibly reheated? Not even hot. It was cold. Had to complain twice. Our waitress Deedee, hardly checked on us until we complained. Management did nothing to make it better besides offer to hear us out. We had to request for our food to be taken off the bill. Then Paris came to the rescue and took care of it for us. Thank you, Paris. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. I would avoid this place if possible. Definitely went downhill, it wasn’t that far up to begin with but it definitely lost its support.

Applebee's is the same. That's what we expect. Still draws a crowd on the day we went. We sat at the bar, no drinks, but bar service didn't have a wait. Yes I would go back.

It took an hour and a half to seat us but once we were placed in our seats the waitress we had was amazing although the other lady tried to split our party of 10 up Gail put us all together and she did an amazing job at making sure we was taking care of food came out in good timing she checked on us multiple times making sure everything was going good with our visit so Great Job Gail
DeeDee was an absolute joy! She recommended some yummy entrees and even better drinks. Her laugh and energy was infectious. Would dine here again. She’s the best.
