Staff was extremly rude and you could just tell they HATE white people. Even when they are wrong they play the victim and get an attitude. Restraunt itself is filty, service is beyond slow and nobody even cares. Ill never cone here again and ill be sure to tell everyone how trash tgis place is.

Absolutely terrible ! I love Charley’s but really dread even having to come to this location because of their poor customer service and how trashed the inside is. I watched this staff act rudely to a couple because their order was missing fries . Instead of apologizing for the mistake, they had a nasty attitude and tried to imply that the customers already had the fries. Not to mention I ordered my food online 30mins prior and still had to wait 20 to get it . I really wish this location had better staff and customer service . Everything here is really trash unfortunately!

My family and I have been eating here for years but I think this will be my last time. Everything about this place has gone downhill, except for the cost and it's definitely not worth it. Save your money and take your loved ones somewhere else!

When I smelled the grilled onions I literally had no choice but to walk in and order a cheese steak. This restaurant is still one that you can get good bang for your buck. Small Philly cheesesteak and small fries was almost $11, and it will fill me up all day. I will definitely be back!
