The staff was courteous and friendly. I ordered one of new items on the menu. Double Sourdough Burger combo. It came with small fries and a large drink. I was surprised at the price. It was almost $12.00. The combo was delicious. The size of the burger was good. I would of rather had a medium fry and a medium drink. Overall, even though the taste was great, I would hesitate in the future, because of the price.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I GOT A CHILI DOG THAT HAD BLACK CHILI ON IT, CALLED TO REQUEST A REFUND, GOT THERE AND HAD TO ARGUE BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE THE PERSONS NAME THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE. THERE ACTUALLY THAT DUMB THAT THEY CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT WHEN THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 3 EMPLOYEES WORKING OR ARE SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING. NOT TO MENTION THEY ALREADY HAVE YOU PULL AROUND TO THE OTHER SIDE SO THE TIMER ISN'T GOING ON HOW LONG THEY TAKE GETTING YOUR FOOD AND THEY ONLY PUT 1 ORDER OF FRIES AND I ORDERED 4. THEY ARE BEYOND RUDE, INCOMPETENT AND SLOW. ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND THE "OWNER" ALWAYS REPLIES THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE THERE, BUT THEY OBVIOUSLY AREN'T TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM!

I don't know, may be it's just me. I'm used to a polite response back when I say Happy Holiday to someone . Not here. Went through the drive-thru to pick up a burger and shake and said Happy Thanksgiving and I got not a single smile or a verbal response back. Very rude. Thank for no napkins.
