The customer service at the cash register is horrible, especially if your asking for assistance because you never been there before. Well it’s been 6 yrs and they have changed a bit. However my son enjoyed it and that’s all that really mattered at the end. But the canton location is better.

I had fun but, when I went to the bathroom. 1out of 4 stalls were clean and, wasn't messed up. When I want to get a price there were 4 people , so I thought I could get my price then go buttttt. Everyone was talking to each other and I had to say excuse me two times.

I give it 5 stars because it's definitely the cleanest one I've been to. The staff is nice as well. The only complaint I have is that when it's busy, the games sometimes need to be checked on.

Only one lady working the counter for orders and entry, and to cash in tickets for prizes. She did it all very well. The pizza and fries were very good. Not crowded about 10 families. Brought our 22 month old granddaughter and she loved it. Enough things for her age to keep her busy for 2 hours of eating and playing. Saw kids around 7 having fun too.Parking: Big parking areaKid-friendliness: It's for kids one years old to 10. Older may be bored. Adults can play the games also if they want. Had a Jurassic Park game for older kids. Plus a few others. Not as big as Dave and Busters. Glad its not because it's perfect for the little kids.

My son had his birthday party here today! Autumn was our host!!!! She was wonderful! She made his day so special and was on top of any of our needs! She was extremely personable, friendly, and made the party so much fun!!! As soon as I got there she met with me and explained the whole party process. She was there when I needed her and my son said it was THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER. I highly recommend having parties here and see if u can request Autumn for your personal host!! Also who ever was Chuck E did a fantastic job!!! So much energy and gave my son so much attention!!!!

Pizza is a step down from Little Caesars. Dry, tough crust.But you really go there to play games.Kid-friendliness: You can turn the kids loose and not worry at all.
There was a misunderstanding about the "pause " feature on the points card . My daughter's were eating and I had to pay for more points. The cashier failed to mention the pause ... but other than that all good ??

My son & his best friend celebrated their birthdays together with a party here. The hostess was great but we felt rushed. They brought the dipping dots ice cream out too early and it ended up melting because the kids were playing. Well…barely playing because a lot of the games barely worked. I was swiping the game card 3-4 times to play a game once for less than 30 seconds. We tried to play air hockey but a puck was missing. I like the upgrades but it’s not the same and this was our last time having a birthday there.Kid-friendliness: Games are all kid friendly but they don’t really work!

The surface sucks here the pizza sucks it taste like shoes. Why is this place still exist? Can you please improve? Also why are you still losing those ticket machines that eat peoples hair this is not good for your association or good for business so I don’t recommend this place. Also, why do you still have the day old pizza I’m pretty sure that the health. Please improve. Also, I will come back once you make fresh pizza. It was good until I found out that day old also, please clean the please clean the place. It’s disgusting.

First time ever in a Chuck E Cheese with our 5yr old grandson. The associates were just wonderful and friendly, the place was very clean and open, and the food was cooked fresh upon ordering.We will definitely go back.

yall seriously took down the animatronics?? yall suck. turning to technology, kids aint gonna have much fun anymore. and making everything into cards instead of the coins and tickets?! thats not fun anymore AT ALL. this world is getting worse n worse. stick back to the og. stop changing everything. animatronics are way better then the stupid screen.
