“Decided to try somewhere I haven’t been before for Sunday Brunch, and the group and I decided on Mae’s.This is a place where you order at the front, and then the food gets brought out to your table once ready. We told the lady at the front counter that it was our first time so she provided us paper menus to sit down and go over so we weren’t pressured to make a decision right away. The atmosphere is super cute and in the heart of downtown Mount Clemens.My friend and I decided on the Avocado Breakfast Sandwich but with sunny side up eggs instead of the friend eggs. My other friend kept it simple with the Mae’s Breakfast with over easy eggs and turkey sausage. Our Breakfast Sandwiches were absolutely huge and the yolk from the sunny side up egg really brought the sandwich together surprisingly without it being as messy as I anticipated. All of our meals came with Red Skin Potatoes which were cooked to absolute perfection making sure each piece was crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. The Turkey Sausage was really good as well. The Fried Cauliflower was a hit for the table, however some pieces were a bit too batter heavy for my liking.Overall it was a great experience, and it’s always fun supporting a local small business when given the opportunity.“

“Campus Bistro is easily the best option for breakfast in Midtown. Like it isn't close. Every other spot (except for possibly Olympic Cafe) is completely overpriced or doesn't offer a breakfast option.The draw of Campus Bistro is that it's a great value, especially if you're a Wayne State Student. Besides a couple of spots in Mexicantown, you will not find a more affordable breakfast than this. Also, your portions are huge, so a meal here can take you through to dinner. I had the steak and eggs and would guess that the steak I was given was all of10 oz.The service is awesome, and each time I've gone the waiter has been incredibly attentive. I used to go here when I was in Law School, and now that it's under new management, I think it's a much better restaurant. Highly, highly recommended“
“They played a lot of 80's and 90's music, which was cool. Very packed! The staff was very nice. This was more of a bar and grill type atmosphere than a restaurant, in my opinion. The outside gives more of a restaurant look. We did have fun. The food was liked by everyone at the table.“
“A real treasure here in downtown Mt. Clemons. I have always been a huge fan the 9 mile location in Warren. Glad to add this location to my restaurant rotation.Ham, Ham & some more Ham. Toss in some fries, that ranch, some chicken strips, pickles, a couple ice cold colas & this duo is back to trying to catch some Pokemon.Waitstaff is always friendly. Food is always delicious. My only complaint is the prices are high, but it doesn’t keep me away, so they must know what they’re doing.“

Vik, the owner is such a gentleman and makes his guest feel welcomed. The food, OMG delicious, I'm a biscuit and gravy gal and Viks is so good, my husband is an omelette guy and again, top notch. I've also ordered doordash and again, so good, especially the ranch. They pay attention to any special requests you have.“

“I've been here more times than I care to count. The menu offers a large variety of comfort food and the cooks are fast. The food is great and they make one good omelette.Service is hit or miss but it often depends on how busy they are. Sit at the counter to watch the cooks do their "magic".“
“What a find! Classic diner. Great food, reasonable prices and could not have had better service. Coffee cup never got 1/3 empty before it was refilled. All four of us loved our food and everything recommended by our wonderful waitress was absolutely delicious. Want a great breakfast with a great experience go to Yolk & Toast!“
