Terrible experience here. Our waitress was rude and dismissive. Had to ask for refills 3 separate times because she was busy walking around texting. Took 15-20 minutes to get a refill in a restaurant with 5-6 tables filled. Ended up getting the refills from a different waitress.Food wasn’t terrible until I almost swallowed a bone from my pulled chicken sandwich.Was not worth the price.
Our server, Claudia was amazing!! Food was good as always, but her sweet demeanor and great service made the day special! The hostess, however, was not very hospitable to put it

TO GO meal of 1/2 slab, Cole slaw, greens, and a corn muffin. Rubs were very tough and over cooked. The greens tasted awful and the corn muffin was extremely sweet. Upon payment of my ~$30 order, I was prompted to give a tip. Why? Based on WHAT? Haven't tasted the food and the service is TO GO. OVERALL: Sadly, quite disappointed ☹️

The place was one quarter full, and there was still a one hour wait for a table. We took the two available seats at the bar and ordered right away. The food was decent and the bartender was nice. Overall though, their prices are through the roof.

This is the BBQ restaurant around really nice waitress Ask for Taricca she's on point with everything very nice and respectful and dose her job perfect . Also amazing food .
The host arrived about a half minute after I did and quickly showed me to a seat. I had a few minutes to peruse the menus before the server arrived and took my drink and meal order.Ordered the Two Meat Combo with an extra side (only $2.49 extra) because I couldn't decide between Mac & cheese and the collard greens. Picked ribs and sausage for the meats.Collard greens are good, different flavor than I've had previously, but solid. Interestingly, the mac & cheese has corn in it. Not bad, just different. Very creamy and delicious.The ribs were good. Not falling off the bone but tasty. The sausage was big and juicy with decent flavor pre-sauce.The cornbread muffin was a little bland but seriously moist.The Wilbur's Revenge sauce, their hottest, while very spicy, has an odd powdery aspect to it. You'll give up the heat and get better flavor with the Devil's Spit sauce instead.The music was at a proper volume. But I'm curious why BBQ places feel the need to play only country music. It certainly ties in with the checked tablecloths and the wood everywhere but BBQ is enjoyed by fans of jazz, rock, heavy metal, classical, reggae, et al. The cliché is worn out.Decent quantity of food for the price but the quality could be better.Vegetarian options: Um, no. Carnivore heavy menu. Even the collards have meat in them.Dietary restrictions: Like a drunken New Year's resolution, you might want to forget those restrictions.Parking: Scads of it.Kid-friendliness: It's a BBQ joint, they'll love it.Wheelchair accessibility: No problems here.

Have not been to a Famous Dave's in many years. Traveling through today and decided to stop in. Claudia was our server and she was awesome, very attentive to our needs. Food was delicious, brisket was so tender we had to use a spoon vice the tongs to get it off the trash lid. Ribs were meaty and tender, still the best baked beans. Thank you Claudia for making a wonderful meal even better with your cheerful attitude.
