My family came in unknowingly to a seemingly not busy restaurant. We walked into no line at the greeting counter and was told it was a five minute wait. After getting seated, the manager Mark was our waiter for most of our dining experience. We learned then that the restaurant was extremely understaffed. We ordered fried Buffalo wings, and grilled bbq wings came out. We notified our new waitress that the order was wrong. It was sent back and corrected.We waited a long time for our food.I ordered the 22oz Ribeye med-well. It came out over cooked. My wife ordered the salmon, my mom had the surf, and Turf .Finally, my daughter had the kis mac and cheese. All our stuff was either cold or not cooked to expectations. Our waitress asked if I wanted a new steak. I said no, because it would take an even longer time. She stated that the kitchen was backed up when we initially placed our order, and manager Mark was actually helping cook, and it is not the case now. Shortly, my steak came out to perfection. We explained individually that our food was not good. She walked away to the back. In that time, I noticed a party of eight people pay and leave. The waiter was visible upset. Our waitress finally came back with a discounted bill. I asked her to tell the waiter that had the party of eight to come see me. He came over, and I shook his hand with money in it to cover the party of eight bills. We later learned that they are not to add gratuity to big parties. This location is known for bad tippers. So what incentive is it for waiters and waitresses to come work for peanuts. This location has multiple party rooms, so large groups will come. I believe if the restaurant would start automatic gratuity with larger groups, the turnover rate would drop. Overall, the experience was good because the staff communicated with us the whole time explaining what was going on and why our service was that way.

I will never ever go here again….wanted wings but I have shellfish allergy..was told there’s a chance of cross contamination….why? The ordered a cheeseburger it was raw…cancelled my entire order….terrible…the waitress said o this not my normal restaurant …

This is my first time eating at Logan's and I absolutely loved it.Customer service from start to finish with excellent.My steak was medium well to perfection.My frozen margarita with a sugar rim perfect.A waitress had the patience of a saint She had a party of at least 50 people It was a wedding reception between 4 and 8 I think.I couldn't imagine being a waitress handling all those people's orders they were arriving in different times however she was very nice through it all and had a good attitude.Definitely recommend going to this Logan's.

Everything was awesome.The wait times at other restaurants was 40-50 minutes and we were seated immediately when we walked in. Food was great, service was awesome and the top shelf marg was amazing! We'll be back for sure!
The waitress was new one. She took forever to bring pops. The order were written down wrong. I had to keep asking for rolls and sauce for Alfredo. My steak was burnt. There was nothing but marshmallows on my sweet potato. It was the worst experience I've had.

This particular night our service was okay. Food took a while to come to the table and when it did it wasn't what I expected. I normally order the country fried chicken which comes with gravy on top as well as mashed potatoes with gravy. Well the chicken barely had any and the mashed potatoes had none ? Lately this place has been missing the mark with me.
