I usually don't go out of my way to review or comment but this has to be the final straw. Every time I order my food from here I never get any eating utensils and I can't even request sor sauce. Even if I call the store and ask them to handle my order personally, it's like they go out of there way to mess it up more. I hate this so much. It's like Im forced to eat with my hands while I'm at work. There is no care or effort at this store??♂️

Orange chicken was soggy, forgot half my order, ink for the receipt wasn't visible you might as well not have given me a receipt. rangoons had no cream cheese whoever was in charge today sucked. Worst panda location I've ever been

I love going to this location, the food is always on point and they always have a variety. There has been one time they were out of the sesame chicken but that’s a hot commodity.. I tried more flavors because of that one time not having what o usually do. I’m impressed with everything on the menu, send it my way.. there’s nice faculty here too

Every time I come into this location the workers don't seem very happy to serve anyone their faces always look soggy and they just slap the stuff on to the tray and sometimes you get attitude for like no reason, they allow you to try things if you don't know what they taste like but when you ask here at this location to taste something you may get a bit attitude from someone and not all of us always know what we want when we come in because not all of us eat out on a daily basis for some of us eating out is a luxury so the workers here should also practice patience and understanding that not all people know exactly what they want when they come in they just know that they want to eat that food

First time there and ordered the small plate with noodles. The food had almost no seasoning and was barely Luke warm. The best part of the meal was the noodles and they barely had seasoning. I will think hard before I decide to go back.
Why does the Asian woman count every piece of meat? Does she know many gains of rice are in a bag?

Second time there, and it was a wonderful as the first. Love that they have a rewards system and they print out the rewards code on the receipt, since I always forget till after I pay. I'll be back ☺️

I ordered delivery last night and had several things missing that was included in my order. They didn’t include the half fried rice. Gave me full chow mein instead. They also did not give me the second serving of the Honey sesame Chicken. Didn’t include the second entree of egg rolls AND ALSO didn’t give any soy sauce or sweet and sour. Horrible experience.
Ordered chow mein & super greens. Both were bland af and dry af. Mind you, I came right as they opened and it was so bad I cried on the inside while I finished it bc inflation and I hate to waste food. Allen Park location is waaaay better. They would never serve this to anyone.

Terrible location when it come to customer service. Placed an order on “Their” mobile app and was told at the store they didn’t have it nor will they full fill it. Will never eat there again. I’m praying I get my money back. Highly recommend to never eat here with this kind of customer service.

Seems portions got much smaller and for some reason i was told to drive back around in 5 min and wait in line at drive thru because they needed to make my order fresh. That was silly. I shouldve been able to park and them bring it out.
What a joke…. For 10$ you can get all veggies and no meat. I went through the drive thru and got mushroom chicken & beef and broccoli. Drove off down the road and opened it and headed right back. I told the girl there was no beef and she said our beef and broccoli is 80% broccoli and 20% meat… she proceeded to give me a little cup on the side which still had a lot of broccoli in it. Like do I need more broccoli. Plus why even keep arguing lady, you know darn well you wouldn’t have been happy opening that box up. Even the mushroom chicken was all zucchini and mushrooms mostly. I got a toddlers portion of meat bites. Definitely won’t be back seeing as I was still hungry and had to buy dinner again somewhere else. Not sure what you have to pay to actually get some meat with your order … in the second pic I show the few scraps of beef I was so blessed to get. Waste of money.
