Horrible pizza. I use to love them 20 years ago when i lived in GA. Have given them 3 trys now and the last 2 were no better than a bad frozen pie. Wont waste my money there anymore.

Ordered delivery two large meat lover pizza. They did not come sealed. Did not want to complain so I just threw them away. Don't know if it was compromised or not. Never can tell with things these days. I just think all pizza should be sealed ?. My appetite just went away with the seal. And now I'm out 70 bucks and no pizza to enjoy. Smh.

Literally, the fluffiest breadsticks I've ever seen come out of a Pizza Hut in my entire life. The pizza was so good cooked perfectly, and there wasn't too much or too little of any ingredient. The food looked like an advertisement, which was wild on a Saturday when they were completely slammed. Hope the right person sees this and understands you have a staff that definitely knows what they're doing. Sorry A++++

Pizzas are inherently not vegan friendly, however, because who orders a pizza without cheese??Parking: The location is in a strip mall so plenty of parking available.Kid-friendliness: There aren't playscapes or anything like that but it's not specifically kid-unfriendly by any means. They might get bored waiting 20 minutes for a pizza to cook so order ahead of time online or over the phone.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and a ramped sidewalk for wheelchair accessibility. The main entrance door isn't automatic so someone in a wheelchair might experience some difficulty opening and getting through it, but it's possible.

The service needs to be improved drastically. The woman who answered the phone kept me on the phone longer than needed and wanted me to hold continuously. She kept putting me on hold. All I ordered was an apple pie, nothing special. When I arrived to pick up my order, the lady at the front counter kept saying I had not placed an order. I had to pull out my phone to show I had called and placed an order. The lady who took the call said she canceled the order because when she returned to the phone with the total, the person hung up. Please let me know why you're constantly placing me on hold for one order of apple pies. I didn't place a large order, and did hold, but she continued placing me on hold. I was en route and wanted to avoid being placed on hold a third time. She verified my phone number and name. She could have called back. Instead, she canceled the order. They are rude, unpleasant, and always nasty. They have the worst customer service ever! I went to checkers and got the same thing for cheaper and better customer service. It is unfortunate to have great food and horrific customer service.

The pizza was definitely NOT made fresh and seemed to be pre made looking like it was sitting out for 30 minutes! We had to trash it and went to JETS pizza instead which I recommend to anyone over them!
