absolutely horrible. had to spend 40 minutes waiting for TWO coffees that i PAID for via mobile order. i used to go here everyday and this location has now lost a regular customer. dunkin’ donuts ALL THE WAY. watched 20 drive through orders be made and go out while my order that i PAID for was nowhere for nearly an hour.EDIT: if anyone else who dealt with this on 1/28/24 sees this contact corporate i got my money back and then some after explaining an understaffed store is still accepting Mobile orders & making people wait 40 minutes for them

I used to come to this location all the time, and while I love the manager - the team they have behind him is slow, and many times rude. After having it out with another male barista six months ago, I stopped coming here. Unfortunately the next closest Starbucks wasn’t offering mobile order so I came back here, and I’ve now been waiting over 20 minutes for my drink - which is an americano. Not that complicated. While I understand things take time, I could have manually ordered this drink and had been out the door 10 minutes earlier at the other store. Severely disappointed. They need to get the manager here a more competent team.

Personally this store had gone down hill and instead of closing inside or outside drive they are struggling to make the orders good bosses know how to run a shift and should always close one or the other down to help with the work load instead of getting ripped every which way I waited and hour for coffee 2

Why did I come here on Friday 12/8 at 3:15 to not have a single person know how to make this drink?! Who was the manager on staff?Get your location together… I’m done with y’all.
