I have observed many negative reviews. This location is my primary spot bc of the great customer service I always receive from everyone I have encountered. Shout out to Miriam for ALWAYS being so pleasant, personable, attentive and thorough with my orders. I don't see why there are so many complaints for them.
I am a manager for a starbucks inside of a kroger, and I see many things I would never allow. The drinks usually come out pretty good though. The employees are rude to me and try to argue with me about things I order. They try to have conversations but after that point of arguing I feel there isn't much more to go about. There is a lot that needs to be cleaned and most of the time when I am walking by they are just standing around.

Can you really say anything negative about Starbucks?
