“My family came in unknowingly to a seemingly not busy restaurant. We walked into no line at the greeting counter and was told it was a five minute wait. After getting seated, the manager Mark was our waiter for most of our dining experience. We learned then that the restaurant was extremely understaffed. We ordered fried Buffalo wings, and grilled bbq wings came out. We notified our new waitress that the order was wrong. It was sent back and corrected.We waited a long time for our food.I ordered the 22oz Ribeye med-well. It came out over cooked. My wife ordered the salmon, my mom had the surf, and Turf .Finally, my daughter had the kis mac and cheese. All our stuff was either cold or not cooked to expectations. Our waitress asked if I wanted a new steak. I said no, because it would take an even longer time. She stated that the kitchen was backed up when we initially placed our order, and manager Mark was actually helping cook, and it is not the case now. Shortly, my steak came out to perfection. We explained individually that our food was not good. She walked away to the back. In that time, I noticed a party of eight people pay and leave. The waiter was visible upset. Our waitress finally came back with a discounted bill. I asked her to tell the waiter that had the party of eight to come see me. He came over, and I shook his hand with money in it to cover the party of eight bills. We later learned that they are not to add gratuity to big parties. This location is known for bad tippers. So what incentive is it for waiters and waitresses to come work for peanuts. This location has multiple party rooms, so large groups will come. I believe if the restaurant would start automatic gratuity with larger groups, the turnover rate would drop. Overall, the experience was good because the staff communicated with us the whole time explaining what was going on and why our service was that way.“

“We left the TROY LOCATION and came here! Our server Almayassah was EXCELLENT! The food AMAZING and lamb chops cooked perfectly to MEDIUM!!!! Definitely coming back TO THIS LOCATION!!! It’s a shame to drive out of your area for EXCELLENCE!! Ambiance was quiet.“

“Went on the app to be on the waitlist. When we arrived, I let the young lady know we are here and asked about where we stood. She said we have to wait until the time on the app (which was 10 mins away). We stayed on the inside because we never got the confirmation text. I go back up to the counter that we were standing next to at our time and told her its out time. She blantly said we called you 5 mins ago. I said lady no you did not I never got a text, and I am standing right here next to the counter. Someone else came over to seat us. She sat there and lied in our face. We were seated and the service from there was really good, and the food was good as always.“
“It's ok lately been slipping a bit disappointed on food, but for chain its ok. Fried pickles are awesome. UPDATE went back today. Everything was pretty good, but my girl ? is a vegetarian and usually gets a vegetarian plate, but the baked potatoes ? are rolled in bacon ? grease in the morning she was very sad to find that out.“
