So, I went to Subway recently. I ordered through the app, spending $22 I ordered 4 sandwiches. They immediately called to let me know there was a problem with all 4. They were out of meat, or bread, or toppings for the sandwiches. I got told to go in and replace my order. I did, paid for a SECOND time. Then I went to pick up my order, I asked about a refund. They said Within 10 business days. I waited 3 weeks, nothing. I emailed. They responded and sent me a gift card FOR $10. I got charged $44 for 5 sandwiches when they were $5 footlongs, and got a GIFT CARD THAT I HAVE TO SPEND AT THEIR BUSINESS for less than I am screwed out of.

Employees definitely need customer service training. Can't even make a simple order right and then gets an attitude when corrected. Tried to charge me $10 for a kids meal. I tried to call to speak to a supervisor but no one would answer the phone. I will be reporting this store to headquarters. Unacceptable!

dont you think if someone orders a chicken bacon RANCH that you would tell us When we order the sandwich that you have no ranch ? Instead of waiting till the end ?? And why are you charging extra for the bacon on a sandwich that comes with bacon on it ??
