I used to order through Doordash & Uber Eats, but will no longer give this location any of my money. My orders are almost always made wrong and//or is missing items. They almost never include the sauce I add to the order. The items I do recieve are most often made poorly and carelessly with cold, not fresh ingredients and hard, crusty tortillas.During the day, they are better, but night time is a nightmare! Don't bother trying to order within the last hour of their delivery cutoff, because they will refuse to make it. My dasher was in line for 15 mins and they tell them at the window "our cutoff is 2:30am so we can't do it" ... even though it was still 2:15-2:20 and my order was placed before 2.. Then I had to deal with support for 3 hours before I got my money back cause they wouldn't even cancel the order through their system.This location is a joke.... I'll just order from a different location instead for now on.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Visited last night (2-9-24) and came through the drive thru to get a soda. My total was 2.96. When asked if I wanted to round up four cents for some supposed education charity, I declined. The drive thru taker proceeded to critique me, saying things like "oh you must be really thirsty huh", and when I pulled up to the window, all four workers harassed me over the four cents , calling me "cheap" , "it's not even a nickle bruh" "you're really not going to give four cents ? You must really need it huh ". I don't understand why these fast food workers felt entitled enough to critique me on how I spend my money. It's pretty sad how a simple fast food worker has these grand opinions on other people's lives. Perhaps if they devoted that energy toward their own lives, they'd go much farther in life. Needless to say, I won't be stopping in at this establishment again.

Ordered extra meat on my tacos and quesadilla, no extra meat, my rolled chicken tacos are literally overcooked so much they're a rock. Worst service ever.
The new manager is down right impressive despite aggressive customers, she manage to correct orders before they get handed out to ensure their accurate and fresh . While training what appears to be new employees. Awesome new management. I appreciate the fast, great service . ?
The food was great! Unfortunately the service was very slow. The drive thru seemed pretty busy which could’ve been the problem. If so they should do something to fix that. Lastly the dining room was not very clean at all! We had to clean our own table! Just gross! Will stick with the Taco Bell near me from now on. Both clean & great service to go along with the good food.
