“Placed a pick up order of beef pad Thai and crab rangoon. The bpt didn't have much beef it had about 3 oz of meet. The crab rangoon was soggy the plum sauce tasted like ketchup. For the price that was charged I would recommend finding a different place to eat.“
“Party of 4 we were seated immediately the service was exceptional everyone order something different all was DELICIOUS!! Now I want to visit my sister more often just to eat there.Vegetarian options: You can order what you want without meat“
“We work down the road and were looking for a new Thai place to get lunch from. Food was ready quickly and was absolutely amazing! The chicken was really tender and not rubbery like you get at some places. Veggies were fresh and the sauce wasn't overly salty. We can not wait to order takeout again. The inside is adorable and cozy, I can't wait to dine in with my husband as well.“
“Som Jai Thai was everything you want from a casual place in a strip mall. The staff were friendly, pleasant and attentive. The food was tasty with authentic Thai flavors- not the all-too-frequent generic asian masquerading as Thai. If you're looking for fancy atmosphere with royal dishes and presentation, this is not your place. But it was delicious, comfortable and affordable. Highly recommend!“
“First of all, as a halal THAI restaurant we are over the moon happy. We ordered thai seafood soup and tom yum. Seafood soup was soo disappointing! Specifically because the photo next to it was overflowing with seafood and i got with one (shrimp, scallop and crab meat imitation). Tomyum was okay?We got the mediumspice chefs stir fry, it was definitely flavorful but medium spice was WAYY TOO much for me. We got the pineapple fried rice, that was good!Mixed appetizers plate, was fine nothing too exciting. Fried chicken was quite salty and the peanut sauce was so-soBut overall great effort at a halal thai.“
“If you want good Thai food, you have found the perfect place at Amy’s. If you pay in cash you get a 15 percent discount and your beverage is included with your meal. My favorite is the Bang Bang Chicken. They are very friendly at Amy’s as well. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.“
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family operated restaurant!! I was visiting the area for work trip and stayed at hotel walking distance from Wokabob. Saw the positive reviews and walked over to order dinner to go eat back in my room. So many options I wanted to try - I went with the D-Jay (drunken noodles and chicken shawarma) spice of mild plus. As I was waiting for my meal to be prepared I talked with the owner (wife) Natalie who is so friendly with her service. I told her I will have to come back tomorrow to order another dish it all looked so good! When she handed me my to go order (one meal) I could not believe how heavy the bag was, felt like a lot of food! It was so delicious, a nice heat level, so much flavor and huge portion. I went back for lunch the next day AND ordered another meal for dinner. This time was husband owner “Papi” who I met and I ordered his signature dish of Pineapple fried rice with shrimp kabob and also a shrimp pad Thai. Again, generous portions of tasty fresh food spiced as I liked it mild plus. I ate lunch in the restaurant and took the rest back home for dinner. Food is A + I want to try more dishes next time I am in town. The shrimp very flavorful can taste the high quality ingredients in all dishes I enjoyed. The food is prepared with love and pride. Such kind warm people here this is the kind of family business I want to return to and see thrive. Restaurant is very clean. Such a great place!!“
“The food is great. It's usually very busy on weekdays during lunch. Sometimes there's a wait to get in. Because they are so busy sometimes the tables are cleaned in a rush and things get missed, but this is the case for any busy restaurant. Overall it's a good Thai food place worth eating at. I'd say it has some of the best Thai food around at competitive prices.“
“I went for lunch on a recommendation of a friend. Service was prompt and attentive, even though there were several others dining in for lunch at the time. My food took a little longer to make, but I was not disappointed. The food was flavorful, and not salty. The portions size was more than enough for me to eat. No soup or spring roll with lunch, but it wasn’t needed with the amount of food that I received. I will definitely return.“
“It's an absolute staple in Mount Clemens. Foods always outstanding, prices are reasonable! If you plan to order a takeout from here maybe considering dining in. They were booming with takeout orders but only one table was dining in during dinner. Places deserves to be packed not only with carry out but a full restaurant too. I wish I would have gotten photos of our food but I was too busy enjoying it to remember haha.“
“Excellent choices of traditional foods from our local Thai families who cook on the premises. Each table has unique items to sell. Everything is prepared & packed in containers for you. Picnic tables are available to enjoy your foods right there. Highly recommend a visit.Vegetarian options: The papaya salad is my favorite new food. The mango & sticky rice is my choice for something sweet.“
“I was nervous because all Chinese food not good it was good though the egg rolls don’t have that dirty taste the sesame chicken and veggie fried rice good lots of veggies and green onions and gravy. I got mild plus spice. Total was 20 dollars “
“Food is amazing! I love the Mack’n dumplings, the texture is very crispy and the flavors burst on the tongue each bite. This restaurant also introduced me to hmong sausage in the banh mi sandwich and i’ve been hooked ever sinceEvery time i go, there’s something else i try to fall in love with, like the Aloha shrimp or the thai noodle. 10/10 for Detroit Eats.“
“Alright the pro here is that the portions are out of this world. The con… I’m not sure this place knows their Thai food all too well. The pad see ew was just pad Thai with different noodles and broccoli. Still a sweet peanutty flavor profile. Curry was average. It’s fine in a pinch, especially if you’re looking to get three meals out of one entree.“
“First time there was last night. I got vegetable curry, it was SO GOOD. My guy had never had Thai food so I recommended Pad Thai, he loved it, wasn’t expecting all the interesting flavors, but he was really impressed, and my daughter got cheesy noodles, said it was excellent. Spice levels were exactly on point, medium was medium, mild was mild and medium plus was medium plus. Can’t wait to eat there again!“
“Decided to walk in and order for the first time as I have always seen this place driving down Mack and wanted to give it a chance. I was aware it was a type of fusion restaurant but I figured it leaned more towards the BBQ side due to the name, I was wrong!Ended up having a pleasant conversation with the owner while my food was cooking and learned a lot more about the food that they make! This is not the type of place to sacrifice authenticity for extra flavor so please keep in mind that your version of the dish you eat might be a lot more “Americanized” than what you get here (still delicious nonetheless).I ended up going basic for my first time, with a slight twist. I got the Pad Thai with the noodle they use for Woo-Sen (vermicelli noodles). Was very flavorful and FRESH, you can really taste each vegetable in the dish and the peanuts were excellent as well within the Pad Thai.“
“This place is a hidden gem. It is very clean and the food is the best Chinese I have in the 11 years I have been in Michigan. The egg drop soup is fantastic as was the Crab Rangoon. The main course was excellent. The portions are large and full of flavor. I promise you that you will leave there hungry.“
“Every time I am in Warren I make sure to stop into Siam Cuisine and get some pad thai. Lots of different heats to choose from I usually get the medium with chicken. If your new to warren or just passing through stop and get you a bite you'll love it!“
“Tina, the food is EXTREMELY good! ? The portion sizes fit well with the prices. I have already recommended your restaurant to a couple people. ????♀️?Jahlin and I will for sure to be back there VERY SOON!??You and your daughter are FANTASTIC people. Keep your positive energy and continue to let it flow onto your customers! ??- Patty & Jahlin “
“Best Pad Thai / Curry Pad Thai around, no question. Consistently top notch, just the right amount of peanut flavor and fresh cut lime to offset the warmth of the curry. Not overly spicy, just pleasantly warm when you order it mild.the lady running the restaurant is very pleasant and gracious to her customers. The atmosphere, well it's a work in progress. It's clean, but realistically you'll be ordering take out anyway. Doesnt really matter cause the food is fantastic. Will continue coming here regularly for my pad Thai fix!“
“This is my favourite Thai place in the area. Both locations are great! I wish they offered full-service dine-in because I don’t always want to bring food home. There are tables to eat there, but you have to eat out of your to-go containers.“
“This is a neighborhood favorite.Very nice people and service. The food is really good. The prices are very reasonable. The portions are generous.Do not be surprised if you walk in and tables are not cleared. When they clear the tables the tables are thoroughly cleaned! And, if you have a favorite table they clear & clean right away! This "hole in the wall" restaurant is a favorite of mine.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy“
“Fantastic little hole in the wall Thai Restaurant. Food is always fresh, flavorful, consistent and reliable. The couple that runs the restaurant are always a pleasure to see. Been coming here for years and is one of my favorite Thai restaurants around.“
“Probably my favorite place for Thai. The pad Thai curry is amazing! Other places I have tried are not as good. The portions are huge and last 3 meals. I get the pad Thai curry plus chicken and cashews, try it you won't be disappointed.“
“I just picked up a carrot for the first time after reading rave reviews, it didn’t disappoint. My expectations were met if not exceeded!I ordered the crab ragoon which were perfectly crispy, giant in size, and filled with a lot of the filling, and the dipping sauce was delicious and complimented so well. The Pad Thai I ordered a lunch portion and it was huge! I decided on chicken and a medium + spice level. The flavor and the spice were absolutely perfect and there was a good amount of peanut topping.Happy to say I just found my new favorite Thai spot, thank you Thai Tanic for the great food and being so friendly and providing great service with affordable prices!“
“My wife and I went to Wing Lee for dinner at about 5:30pm on Christmas Eve (Chinese on Christmas Eve has been our tradition ever since we lived in Hawaii, 35 years ago). It was a shot in the dark, but the ratings looked good, so we decided to give them a try. They were absolutely slammed with customers, both walk-ins and phone orders for takeout. Through it all, the staff were as gracious and polite as could be. We were told the wait was an hour; turned out to be about half an hour, and worth every minute. Everything came out on time and hot, and it was outstanding (best almond chicken I've had in ages). Wing Lee is now at the top of our list for sit-down Chinese food. I can't wait to go again!“
“Very good food is so good and you get a lot for the price. The people who run the place are very kind and helpful and will be glad to make the food just how you like it. I consider them a very important part of the surrounding community. I've gotten their food many times, and it's always consistent, so you'll know what to expect every timeVegetarian options: You can always choose to have vegetarian or vegan options with your meal.Parking: The parking is great, lots of parking out front, and it's a bit of a slower lot for the area to.“
“Been going here for 18 years. Best food and service. Although they shut down the inside and it's just takeout, the atmosphere was nice and cozy before covid. Me and my family love coming here. We can't find other places to top this one. Highly recommend.“
“Been searching for some good Tai. Finally tried this place and the service was fast and food was great. The pineapple fried rice was spot on. Also had tofu in the fried rice and it was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be a regular when craving Tai food. Can't wait to try more of the menu.“
“Stopped in here for the first time, it was a little late on a Sunday evening, but we were exhausted from traveling and didn't have anything at home.So glad we stopped here for dinner! We ordered take out and didn't have to wait long, everything was cooked fresh and came out piping hot. The drunken noodles and curry noodles were amazing. The portions were huge and we had leftover for the next day. The side of shrimp chips is a giant bag, so be prepared for that, lol.The Thai iced tea was also good, they didn't add too much ice, so it felt like I was actually getting more drink than other places. The server who took our order was pleasant and friendly. Will definitely be returning!“
“Drunk in Noodles are the best here. They close at 9 pm. I called at 8:50 pm. Not only did he take my order, but he also went over the menu with me without rushing. I can't wait until I have time to dine in. The place is so very clean with a friendly staff.“
“First time trying this place, and I had the privilege of speaking with the owners husband. They just purchased this place and the food is absolutely amazing. I will be frequenting this restaurant many more times. On a side note, the dining area was impeccably clean.“
“I’ve been going to Sala Thai since the original location in 1994 in Detroit. Sala Thai is a family owned business running three locations at one time. It was the best Thai food and still remains the best Thai food that I have ever had. It’s flavorful and good heat levels. When I worked in the area by the one on 14 mile I would crave it and eat there once a week.“
“The service is professional, the food is excellent when made correctly. The best experience is to dine in as opposed to ordering thru a third party like DoorDash or UberEats. If the food does not meet your expectations when dining in, the cooks will remake your food. It is a shame they no longer offer sushi but the Thai selection is still superb!“
“I decided to try Alisa's Thai Food based on the overall high ratings they've received. It's a decision I do not regret. ☺️For starters, they only offer takeout and delivery. The shared parking lot is spacious, so no worries there. I ordered 2 sides of fried rice, 1 side of steamed vegetables, a few spring rolls, a couple of crab rangoons, and the mild Bang Bang Chicken. The Bang Bang Chicken was delicious! The sauce did not take away from the crispness, and there was plenty of it. The fried rice is some of the best I've had in the area. It's not over seasoned and paired well with the chicken. The steamed vegetables were steamed perfectly, and had no seasoning (which I prefer). Now the crab rangoons? They were huge and amazing. I could not get enough of them. They were crisp, and the filling was to die for. The plum sauce given tasted homemade, and paired very nicely with the rangoons, spring rolls, and fried rice. Call me obsessed.I definitely recommend this spot for Thai food and will be returning!Vegetarian options: There aren't many, but they do have a few options, like steamed vegetables, noodles, and fried rice.“
