Been waiting half an hour for grocery pickup. The staff that has been handling the dropping off of items are slower than dirt; absolutely no hustle at all. This is the last time I'm doing pick up from this location. I could've gone in a got all my items myself by now.

Tried to make a return at 7:00 Tues night. They said customer service was "closed" but two associates were standing behind the registers - one on her phone the other chatting. Asked what time the store closes, she said 11:00. It was slow and tons of employees wondering around, laughing and talking. Found a manager, "Jamal" - he said they have worked over 6 hours without a break so they can't help - EVERYONE. When I explained that I had driven there just for the return he said he would call and see if "anyone else is available". I waited a while and then noticed him hiding behind a shelf chatted with a buddy! Took a photo. Everyone seemed more than happy to help other black customers but not the one white person in the store.

Don't list 5 car batteries available online when you have none in stock, that along with the Detroit atmosphere pretty much confirms I won't return. Not as bad as the hole over at 12 and Van Dyke, but thats not saying much.

Unbelievable. Standing in "customer service" line 25 minutes just to return things I couldn't try on in person. Woman who is supposed to work the desk is walking around everywhere BUT the service desk. Holy cow what inefficiency.

This Walmart at Gratiot Ave & 12 Mile is poorly organized. I was frustrated in my attempts to get outside pick-up for my orders. When I called the store to inquire about non-grocery pick-up, I was told by Customer Service to call the number on the parking-space sign and tell them you want outside pick-up for your non-grocery order. When I arrived to pick up the order and called the number on the sign, I was told that pick-up for non-grocery orders was done inside the store only. This was in the middle of the Corona Virus pandemic

This one is a pit. Only reason I went was to get a cable for a printer. The department was a total mess. Trying to find someone to help was hard. When I did the kid led me to a spot and it was a small display of cables between printer cartridges. Very disappointing. Cost of cable was good so that's why I rated a 2-star. Didn't thru rest of store.

I hope that you take the time to read this review because its very important that people know what happened to me. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE REGARDING THE SCANNER LAW. At 12 mile and Gratiot Roseville WalMart. I am posting so it doesn't happen to you. Yesterday I was over charged for a item and I noticed the mistake on my way to the exit. I went to customer service and the same associate who tried to steal from me the first occasion was surprisingly the same associate that helped me during my most recent visit. She refunded me the over charge and then I watched as she printed a confirmation receipt for the bounty I requested and crumbled it up and threw it in the trash can behind her and then she said that the "SYSTEM" no longer gives the $5 bounty and I have to call "Home Office". I then requested to speak with a supervisor and she left for 15 minutes, came back and said she was busy. I said no problem I will wait. About 30 seconds later she said she was now able to give me the requested bounty......AMAZING. Flashback 6 months ago and I had two over charged items on my bill, I went to customer service and the same associate provided me with the refund for the overpayment and said "you have to submit online for your bounty. Now here is what made me upset. I watched as she printed out TWO bounty confirmation receipts and handed one to a associate next to her. That associate walked over to the grab and go hot food and came right back and handed the bounty receipt back and said "YOU GOT ME" and my associate said yes. Then right in front of me I watched a purchase receipt for the chicken print out and then she crumbled it up and threw it away. This was something that was done in a way that was disguised and swift and most wouldn't notice the fraudulent activity because it was done so well. This THEFT I fear is a common occurrence. I called shortly after my experience and spoke with the store manager who promised that he would address the problem and it wouldn't happen to anyone else. WHY IS IT OK FOR WalMart ASSOCIATES TO STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS. WHY IS THIS STILL HAPPENING? I used to love WalMart because I didn't worry about overpaying, but now I have to worry when I need help. IF THEY Do this ARE THEY STEALING MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

This store is pretty rough so if you can make the drive to one of the other locations, like the ones on hall road, I would do so. The store is very unorganized and messy. Things are all over the place and I have found it rather difficult to find things even when the website states that it is in stock. The employees aren't really the friendliest either. I walked past multiple employees today and not a single one even acknowledged anyone's existence. When I went to check out today I told the cashier thank you and to have a great day and was completely ignored. Between the messy unorganized store and the employees lack of customer engagement I would choose a different store.

Anyone who shops at any Walmart in America you should be ashamed of yourselves. You know 90% of there products are made in sweat shops with women, men and children as young a 4 are locked into factories some with no running water give maybe .15 cents an hour. Not to mention the way they treat their employees, no benefits, 88% are part time so they don't have go give benefits or vacation time wow they gave them all a little profit sharing check 1 time. These people are not heroes they are pushing to be and actually are already a monopoly. Killing, Kmart, Sears and probably millions of small business across America WAKE UP CHEAP PRICES ARE NOT WORTH MAKING BABIES CLOTH YOUR BACKS. Tell me would you want your 4 year old working like that for 12 to 16 hour days? Don't believe me look it up. Check the labels. If it came from a poor country that's where Walmart will stock their shelves from.

The worst customer service. I stood in a department for 10 minutes. Someone called on the intercom for me but no one came. I won't be back. Suspicions and feelings about Walmart true - they suck.

If I can avoid it, I try to stay away from this establishment. They are far from friendly customer service wise, this location often is not stocked, in complete disarray in all departments and is overall a complete nightmare even if you visit early morning on weekdays. Whether you shop there or order something to pick up there the experience from start to finish for me has always been negative or unprofessional. I would recommend driving a few miles more to the next Walmart personally. I hope one day this location revamps itself as it is a shame how unorganized and unpleasant it is.

If you like being greeted by the smell of marijuana, THIS IS RIGHT UP YOUR ALLY!!! This location is ALWAYS a mess and the staff are rude. There are long check out lines, probably because there are only 3 open at 4 p.m. If you want to go to the self checkout, prepare to wait for a while, grab a chair or a magazine. :) The shelves are never stocked or organized. Also, have fun finding a basket when you need one. This location is VERY, VERY ghetto. The parking lot is FULL of trash. I don't think I've ever had a decent visit here... E V E R! I went in a few days ago for bra shopping and when I walked over to the fitting rooms to try them on, one of the employees RUDELY informed me that I was not allowed to. HEY! If your grocery shopping and looking for your favorite creamer, I can guarantee it won't be there! This places has gone WAY down hill over the past few years and I would rather waste gas going to the Walmart on Van Dyke. Enjoy.

I don't go here anymore. I just drive out to the Walmart on Hall Road if I need anything from Walmart, which I try not to have to do anyway. However, I think my wife went here the other day just so that I could update my review. The only issue is that the rating hasn't improved at all. In fact, all of the comments are basically just confirmed and repeated: Workers are extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. She said that twice she was walking and was literally run into by people who worked there and neither even cared enough to acknowledge it or even say "excuse me." That's really poor customer service. She had to ask multiple people for help and she said it seemed like each person just tried to "get rid of her" has fast as possible and passed her on to someone else. No good.

Legitimately the most disgusting place I have ever been to. Dirty, no shelves are stocked, customers are the rudest assholes I have ever come across in a full group in my life, employees are unhelpful, lazy, and unprofessional. I would be happy if they announced they're closing it down and turning it into a garbage dump, quite frankly it would be an improvement.
