Rude as could be at the payment window. Worse at the second window. Mad because I honked to ask for honey mustard which I asked for twice while ordering. Charged for the second time for a medium chicken ring and got a small. Last time no honey mustard either is why I made sure to ask. Completely incompetent and rude.

I was recently in the store Friday evening . the manager was extremely rude to her employees , and to her costumers , she yelled at her employee “ go wash the dishes” I mean wow . I was humiliated for her !

Ordered 30 sliders and other items didn’t think to check my order because I come here all the time and never had a problem but this Particular day I got home and my son grab a burger that was bit into so I called management said there anit no one in here bitting burgers we got cameras. Not knowing I have cameras to so I politely took the food back and showed them my camera that my son did not bite the burger he took it out the bag and came straight to me and showed me. The manager even said it was a bite. I got my money back for the whole order I just think it is absolutely disgusting that some one will bite into the food I purchased and give it it us

Great service. Thought they forgot my food but I forgot to order it. Lol The manager who helped me was understanding and helped find my receipt. Even though it was busy they got my food out quick. ?
1/2 my burgers are missing ketchup when it was requested I got no sauce for my shrimp went through drive-thru everything was good until she saw I was white then literally switched. Wouldnt answer me and scoffed when I said have a good night. All good I want be back. I will also be calling corporate so no other people have to deal with this garbage!
