Food was outstanding!! China Kitchen is under new ownership and it was so nice and clean! My sister and I agreed that the food was some of the best we've ever had. We had Chicken lo mein, Cantonese vegetable chow mein, egg roll, won ton and egg drop soup,nice portions and plenty of leftovers! Highly recommend ?

Hi Everyone. Wok to u is and has been a great service. I have ordered many times from them. Order has always been good and warm. Really good food. But this time and last order I asked for white rice like I always do. They bring me brown rice. The man that took my order said I didn't ask for white I continued to tell him i did ask for white rice.. He said Donna let's not get all upset about some rice. He starts telling me that they don't put much in the brown rice going on to tell me whats in it. I explained that's not what I ordered. They made me feel as if I should eat it anyways. He tied me at first he would put a big note in my file no white rice. I said man this is an expensive meal for not getting the right rice. Then he said he's going to put a note and a couple dollar credit for me. After arguing for over 5 min on the phone. He offered to being me white rice. Then said when they got my last order wrong why didn't I tell them then. I didnt complain cuz I didn't have time. And let it slide the 1 them. He continued to tell me I should have called in then. I told him I was going to do a on line review. He said if u can do a review now when something wrong. Why couldn't u give us a review when something was good. Man I didn't expect it to go down like that. Makes me not want to ever order again.

At times I wait near 2 hours for my food. Wok to You contacted me and advised me that the wait time was due to the restaurant "New Asan Star". I have added one star to the review for reaching out and trying to fix the situation

WoW. There is a first, AND LAST time for everything! This was possibly BOTH for me! Delivery took almost 2 hours. I held out, to be patient...when I called, the owner said that the delivery guy was In rough traffic..and would be here in a few mins...sure enough he was. But that was still almost 2 hours late. I paid $27 for a $14 meal. The difference was a $5 tip plus however delivery is determined... My food was not warmand enjoyable as expected ... as if it was sitting.Delivery guy was nice and apologized..but I have a feeling based off of all comments I see NOW that this is normal. IF your business is located in ONE far away place, from restaurants that you deliver for..maybe focus on what is AROUND your location for quicker delivery. Just an experience that I will never go through again hopefully..but also being honest 100%. It was also my first time ordering from that restaurant, and I don't even want anything from there anymore now.

This is a time that I never thought I'd have to do and leave a bad review for wok to you. I had placed an order using their services at 7:28pm when they do t close until 8:30pm. The person on the phone told me it shouldn't take more than 45 minutes to receive my food. Here it is, currently 9:00pm and I have not received my order. I have Tried calling wok to you from 8:45-8:53 you would think that they would have someone still answering phones for already made orders, instead someone answers the phone and immediately hangs up. This is one experience I never thought I would go through with this company
