I got into an argument with their order taker about whether or not I could change a soft drink to a milk shake as long as I was willing to pay the extra cost. I had done the survey on a prior receipt for a free sandwich with the purchase of a medium soft drink and fries. Before this incident occurred, I had already done this switch twice. The only reason this gets any two stars is that most of the staff is ok. The other, he can go back on the unemployment line.Two guys in black shirts, which I guess means they're managers. The guy with gray hair and glasses, he's good, friendly, quick...he'd get 4/5 stars.
