Stopped in for the first time yesterday. Looking for a good option for food after my class got out and I was happy to find them. I got the southwest bowl, it was so big I took more than half home. The ingredients are fresh and tasted great! I can't wait to go back and make this my weekly Friday stop.Dietary restrictions: I can not eat dairy or gluten. All their options are DF and GF
My friend and I both got the Mexican salad. Service was super friendly and excellent. I would've liked to try more items but I got full. Great option for those looking to eat healthy, gluten free and/or vegetarian. CTC has been around for many years so that is a testament to how much people love it.

All I can say is WOW!! What an absolute gem in downtown Royal Oak. The service was exceptional and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Amber, who is an absolute sweetheart. The cinnamon bun smoothie, and the soup that I ordered were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be a repeating customer after this amazing first visit.
