My first experience with First Watch was some years ago, in Pikesville, MD. I was so excited that they were building locations nearby in Michigan. This visit was just as nice. They were very busy (Saturday, lunch time), so our server was excused for not bringing a couple of items. Of course, it was a bit noisy, but the atmosphere was good. I visit every Monday to grab a carryout order for my elderly mother who lives across the street. A young lady with an infectious smile and an amazing attitude and great guest service always takes excellent care of me! Her name is Crystal and she is a superb ambassador to the company as she demonstrates the finer points of the guest experience on a daily basis.
