made the mistake of ordering (extra sauce) on my sub.... DO NOT DO THIS!! unless you want to drown in it...the bread was so soaked it fell apart all soggy like it was dunked in it..needless to say i dont fancy soaking wet bread so it was like $20 to pick out the meat and feed it to my dog... and wash my oily hands and counter off afterwards.. it comes wrapped in wax paper... the wax paper was soaked....Im surprised it made it in the bag without falling out... couple more mins...read full review

Jimmy John's delivery sucks. I called from LITERALLY ONE MILE AWAY in Hunting Woods, the nicest part around this area, halfway through order they tell me I have to to Ferndale store 1.9 miles away.. who then take my order only to call me back and say they don't deliver there and had to void my order...so basically Jimmy John's only delivers to line of sight? ridiculous

Last time I went in I caught the employee holding and cutting my pickle with no gloves on, and I had to point out she touched the pickle with bare hands before she offered to get a different one. This time I went in and ordered a #12 Turkey sub and got home to only find lettuce and Mayo on my sub. This location sucks
