There are is a handful of Tony's restaurants in the Saginaw area, and why people I know think this is the best is beyond me. It was super busy and they had two people working. Now maybe they were just short staffed. But the clientele was irritable too, making the dine in awkward as well. The poor lady at the register was doing all but the cooking. I prefer State st, since this one on Gratiot made me pay for fish that wasn't cooked properly! Haven't been there since!!As for State st. During my last visit with my mom in August of 2020 my mom was so concerned about not wearing a mask. The waitress recognized us as being regulars and told us we could sit in the table marked for call in orders. Cause the other handicap table was occupied.
