No Applebee's here. Really good pulled pork sandwich. Will be back to try ribs next time. It is truly a 1 man show ~ back porch looks 50 yrs old at least. Sturdy table & chairs. Old school.
Very unique experience. We were wanting some BBQ and this place was just down the road. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner "Woody" from back in the kitchen. Asked me want I wanted and I yelled out what I needed. He said "You got it" and I took a seat and began soaking it all in. The whole time he cooked he interacted with all his customers in the dining room. Once my order was ready, he yelled for me and I went up to the counter to pick it up and pay. 9-24-2023 woody said it is his last day this season!!!! his chicken soup, salad, ribs, baked potato, corn on the cob, string beans, bread and apple pie with vanilla ice cream are to die for!!!! Thank you Woody and Joey it was a perfect day to ride the motorcycle all the way from South Holland for that great feast!!!! *****
