First I would like to say it’s some employees there that I like a lot and service me well and other times I feel like they don’t make the sandwiches correctly and act super petty with the portions..I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but keep being disappointed .... I’m not spending money on sloppy food and bad service..When they had their inspection this year I tip them $20 because i felt like the work crew had a ruff day of the news they received. Delivered food was pretty bad. My lox on onion roll : onions were burnt and bagel was stale, hard. Few lox. Glad I canceled the dozen bagels, whew! I was very disappointed, Einstein is one of my favorite places Here's a picture of my half eaten sandwich
