“These reviews made me question if i should come here, but this subway is hands down the cleanest subway i’ve been to. The girls are always cleaning and making sure to make it a healthy place for everyone to be at. I’ve been to many subways and the customer service is horrible but this is truly the best. People have bad experiences everywhere, i’ve been here over 20 times & have always been greeted and taken care of. If the system is down, they’ll offer me a free cookie or a drink. Today I received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Joya was a very welcoming smiling face. She quickly remade my salad and it was beautifully made. “I love subway, but I don't know what happened here. For some reason they put too much tuna in our subs and some of us got sick after sharing the subs. Still ate it tho, we removed most of the tuna and and it tasted great. Wasn't uneven, so worth the aches.“

Well, it's 8° F & the wind chill is in the negative teens so a hot sandwich is called for today.The staff was very welcoming & quick to the point: Was I there for pickup, delivery or eating in? Would've been easier to understand the question if the music were quieter (a common problem). The mellow R&B was nice, though.Ordered my standard Big Kahuna on wheat and about three minutes later was munching on that hot deliciousness.The place was clean from windows to washroom and the staff worked well together. I do not understand how there are any negative reviews for this particular Subway I come to this location all the time and I order online here relatively often. My order is always ready on time, I am always greeted with kindness and good vibes, my orders has never been wrong, and I am always in and out within 5 minutes even when there is a big line they manage to take care of everyone quickly and make sure we are satisfied with our order! “Friendly owners. Very consistent quality.I work in the area and get lunch there about once a week. I usually get the same order so they just start making it when I walk in. The pandemic hits and my company has us work from home for well over a year. We finally return to the office and I head there on my lunch. I walk in the door and they start making my sub like I was never gone. How? :)“
