Longer than expected wait in drive thru line, rarely eat McDonald's & was sadly not impressed with the size & quality of the food nowadays the filet of fish patty fits snug in the hands of a child yet almost $5 for the sandwich
Drive thru was wrapped and all backed up. I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru and was like, that's cool. The food will be hot and fresh. No, fries cold and greasy, hamburger lukewarm and sloppily made, sauce all over the bun. Pull up and all I can say is no one is in any hurry to do anything. In my experience, if a restaurant is bad, it's the management. At this McDonald's, it depends on what manager is there. They need to get it together.
