When I go to Taco Bell, I always try to go in and order. Most of the time, I have to check the bag to make sure I ordered 3 Taco Supreme. About 75% of the time, I end up getting just 3 plain tacos. I go back to the register and show the mistake they made. They correct the order and they say I can keep the regular tacos. I hate using the drive thru, cause if I make it home and check it there. It feels like I was robbed.

2 stars. Using the app to order. The app is easy to use but the internal server for this location is ALWAYS down. It'd be great to be able to order. Even if the wait time was increased a couple minutes. So far the staff that we've encounted have been nice. The only complaint is the server.
