The entire experience was surprisingly incredible! We first walk in and greeted by a young lady asking if we are ready to order, we ordered a 9 PC Chicken Rings, 2 bags of fries and a Crave Clutch, One side no cheese and one side cheese, with onions and mustard. We asked about a military discount and was asked if we wanted that because the Crave Clutch already had a discount, we asked just to add the discount that makes the total cost less and then paid for the food. I usually don't get white castle but I work at a nearby school and have gone to them a couple times on my lunch break. I gotta compliment the staff here, they are hardworking & always friendly/kind. Noone ever looks irritated here lol so green flag for me.. super friendly people and never had an issue with the food either even though whities isn't really my thing.

First time at this location, we were through. I had the craving for White Castle, so we stopped from start to finish the ordering process to the paying and getting of the food. Everyone was so nice. They were also attentive, and the order came out perfect and fresh. It is not always the case nowadays with drive-thru food. Thank you, everyone, for the care to detail. We will be back for sure.
