“This is the only coffee shop that I buy coffee from. Fantastic mocha, wonderful bagels, and phenomenal gelato. Good people, they care a lot about the community and their staff.”
“This weekend we were given a loaf of sourdough bread from your bakery. Home now, just finished a grilled cheese sandwich. Had we known how good it was, we would have left town with a couple extra loaves. Thank you, will definitely be stopping in next year.”
“Even though I've graduated, I will forever crave a lavender latte or my usual Red Eye Au Lait (with flavor) from Sacred Grounds. If I ever visit during the week, Sacred Grounds will be on my to do list.”
“I hosted a group dinner at this place on Leap Day. When I set up the reservation it was for about 25 with plans for me to call a few days out. I forgot to call but they called me back the afternoon of the event. It turned out to be such a beautiful day, 60's no snow, that 35+ showed up to my 4PM event. I called them back as promised and said there would be 35+ for the 6PM reservation, and everyone would be responsible for their own bill. By 6:15 the group had grown to over 53 guests in our party the weather made travels much better than expected.... The staff didn't bat an eye or turn us away. They sat us all and still had 1 or 2 tables open most of the time. The wait staff and Manager (Owner?) busted their butts! Everyone was talking, several of the group were walking around between tables. Food came out of the kitchen as fast as it could and for the most part was timely and hot. I didn't hear of a single error of anyone's order. In fact most complemented at how good the food was. The place was perfect for our large group. The food and service were top notch. Several of us liked it so much last night we returned the following day for another awesome meal I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning In the near future from Kalamazoo with family to meet other friends here. Thanks to the kitchen and wait staff for an awesome meal and service!!!!”
“I ordered a large Marinos special today, and I have to say this was one of the best pizzas I've had in quite some time. They use fresh mushrooms, fresh green pepper, and fresh red onion, plus alot of cheese, and a fair amount of pepperoni, and ham. Anyone on the fence about where to order your next pizza, you owe it to yourself to try Marinos in Spring Arbor....EXCELLENT PIZZA!!!”
“This is my pick me up place to go! Everyone is so sweet and kind. Even when I'm having a terrible day they can make it better. And that I appreciateKid-friendliness: I love that they have kid friendly drinks! While I'm getting my favorite drink of the day, I can get my kids a Magic Chocolate Milk. They think it's the greatest thing ever!”
“Pizza was okay. Cinnamon breadsticks had more garlic than cinnamon. Looks like a dated dirty dorm room when walking in. Had they not been so decent when putting in the order I would’ve turned around and left after walking in.”
“Bell Rocks her service and smile was Top Notch she took tentative care of me and the other guests I recommend this store when she is working she doesn't excellent job way to go Subway for hiring Bell.”
“food was good (for McDonald's), quick service and the staff was friendly for the most part. that being said I got a medium fry instead of the large I ordered and even with the receipt they refused to make it right and the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a couple days.”
“Bravo! Excellent service... authentic taste...large portions... reasonably priced. I ordered the Sopes and could only eat one! Considering they come in two I also ordered a cheese quesadilla and couldn't even touch it. My son couldn't finish his fajitas either. We both will be back. (Pic of My leftovers)”
“These are the best donuts I've ever had. They are a Jackson, Michigan staple and were voted #1 donuts in the state of Michigan. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors, but I am partial to the cream-filled long johns with the chocolate frosting, and the apple-filled with the cinnamon frosting. They are so dang good!”
“Not impressed with the pizza , the kids didn't even like it . I felt like I didn't have to worry about my kids running out the door, four kids under 8 yrs old ( mom relief for safety) open space to see all play areas and the door by the entrance was a half door buzz in so totally a plus , and all my kids loved playing there they didn't want to leave. They have dress up village areas, climbing obstacles, tea cup spinning chairs, my oldest two kids called it the best day ever. So this mom was pleased ?.”
“Hands down the best breakfast in Jackson. I have done eat in and take out and both are equally as amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Drooling just thinking about the corned beef hash omelette!”
“First time having breakfast. Blueberry pancakes with patty sausage. Everything was perfect. The patty sausage was the best I've ever had. Services is great. Very friendly.”
“Wow! Hands down the absolute best restaurant of all the restaurants in jackson! I can't even believe the food was that good. Our server Alejandra was amazing. I will be coming back all the time. If you haven't been here, go now! You will not be disappointed!”
“WOW!! Completely impressed by this unassuming place! And this, from someone who has been a devoted fan for decades of the food mecca that is Ann Arbor. Favorite standards mingle effortlessly on this menu with deliciously innovative dishes, all in a cordial, understated atmosphere. Our server was cheery, quick, and accommodating. Did I mention that the spacious dining room is anchored by a large square shaped bar in the middle? Makes you realize that the positioning of patrons on high stools facing in every direction, helps to create a very friendly atmosphere, too. Totally worth the drive to Jackson, which we will be doing again soon for our next visit. Stay tuned for a review of the Sunday brunch!!!”
“Ichiban has always been one of my favorite places to eat at in Jackson. They offer a large array of Japanese food and you can even sit with your friends around a hibachi grill and watch the chefs cook your food right in front of you.Pro Tip: If you eat here ask to be served by Maddie! She is a very knowledgeable and attentive server who always does an amazing job every time my friends and I come in to eat. My friends say she also makes great drinks!”
“First time using this location for a quick meeting. Had a Chai Latte. There is not a lot of space inside, but the space they do have is cozy and well utilized. I would definitely go again; however, would try a different drink as the chai latte just seemed a bit weak. I probably just need to ask for it to be stronger....might just be my own ignorance.”
“Good food, great people and a special thanks to Cali G. Our server who helped and accommodated us wonderfully as my nephew was getting sick during dinner. She provided bags, rags, and napkins while he was throwing up. All the while she still served good food and a good attitude through the experience.10/10 server and she deserves a raise!”
“Service and food was amazing. My husband and I had the 6 oz. Sirloins and the kids hand chicken tenders and chicken parmesano. All was cooked perfectly and delicious! Server was so sweet and prompt. Do not forget the Alfredo dipping sauce for your bread sticks!!!! ?Kid-friendliness: Had a high chair available for my 11 month old.”
“Friends got married down the way and a small group of us stopped for lunch afterwards. Welcoming small town joint with good pizza and sandwiches...TT was indeed a great, very nice waitress!”
“The food is delicious, the family is very nice. My mom and I order there once a week.I recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat good Chinese food and a fun eating experience.”
“It was our first visit to GG's. All six of us absolutely loved our meals. We are going back here next month!Kid-friendliness: There was a corner and the restaurant that had books and toys for children.”
“Small coney island with a rooster theme. The place was packed the whole time we were there. It's not a place for large parties but definitely a place of local flare. Amy was our server and did a great job. She helped me make a coney dog omlet that was huge. Great time ”
“This is a nice little coffee shop on main St in Concord. This area needed a place like this. The coffee is great ! I always get a latte either hot or iced. And they are always made very well. Today I had an iced pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious, I also ordered a slice of bacon Gouda quiche. The quiche had a great flavor , and lots of cheese. The dough they used was flaky and buttery. BUT the inside of my slice was cold, the outside was warm. I still ate the whole thing because I was hungry and the flavor was there so it wasn't so bad even being cold.”
“Our waitress Allison was there for us all the time. We never had to wait for anything. She was kind and courteous. We had all you can eat shrimp dinner and it was wonderful. I am certainly going to come back and eat there again. I just loved it ❤️”
“Five Forks was so helpful accommodating my very very last minute request for cake pops (I called at closing on Thursday for a Saturday morning pickup). They turned out perfectly!”
“They had only one server during the lunch rush, so she was too busy to provide the good service that I'm sure she could have achieved if she had assistance.”
“This place is amazing! It's worth the wait because they are so popular. When in Jackson MI you must stop over and try some of their fried chicken. It is Devine! Tastes homemade and the sides are large. Will be visiting again soon!”
“Stopped for an early dinner on a Friday. Service was fantastic--hospitable and attentive. Our food was very good. But having eaten a lot of excellent Guatemalan food, this was a little different. I guess there are a variety of styles even in smaller countries. The dining room is festive with bright colors and attractive murals. It would be nice to feature some Guatemalan music. It seemed a little eerie listening only to compressors running.”
