Got a grilled chicken pita carry out and the food was dried out and old, like it had sat out and/or been reheated. Called to voice my concern and was told they probably reheated it from earlier since my order was past the lunch rush essentially and it sounded like it was their normal process, so be careful ordering during off hours or just go somewhere better

Food was fantastic. Had a veggies omelette w/ hash browns. Tastes amazing and was ready pretty quick. Went with the family and it was a pretty pleasant atmosphere. Plus it was super warm in there, which I loved, since it was a bit chilly outside. Service was a tad slow but only with my husband's food (hash browns and biscuits and gravy) and with the check.
