“went and got a chicken shawarma from the food truck on Grand River and livernois, I wasn't pleased with it I'm not used to my chicken shawarma being made like a panini. the chicken was a little dry and he could have put more garlic on it. but I'll be back to try other things. He ordered the turkey sausage biscuits & gravy with the breakfast potatoes. The breakfast potatoes were phenomenal. They had some spice to them. We tried the donut holes and they were only okay. The million dollar bacon, however, is a must. Not too sweet, with a tiny kick of heat.Our coffee came in an individual carafe, which was convenient, but it tasted sour and bitter. I'm a coffee lover but couldn't stomach a cup if this brew. All in all, I would give the place another try and order a different dish. Hard pass on the coffee.“
“Me and my family patronize this location often because it’s close to our home however lately the customer service we received from staff has been awful I mean to the point of where we’ve gotten up from our table and went to another location. We went last night for dinner and our waiter I believe his name was Austin provided outstanding services to my family and I! I was amazed at how friendly professional and patient he was. “Good place. Soups are classic made on site standbys. Sandwiches are generous and of good quality. Pretty good fries. The least favorite thing I experienced is they use a griddle fry butter type of product with a strong flavor and kind of a lot of it. So the bread on your grilled sandwich tastes of it.“
“Growing up part Lebanese and Syrian I was basically raised on this type of food, so I know what I like, and my expectations were high. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and our waitress Kylie was outstanding.For drinks I ordered a Manhattan, and my friend had a Spicey Margarita. Both were strong and delicious.For our Appetizers we had the Calamari which was super crispy and came with an amazing sliced tomato sauce. Of course I had to get a taste of everything so the Vegetarian Plate was an absolute must. It came with so many different food items and even just the presentation alone was gorgeous. My favorites were the fried Falafel which was super flavorful, crispy, but not dry at all like many can be from other places, the Baba Ghanouge was fantastic, and the Hummus which was so smooth and some of the best I’ve had. Hot bread was provided as well for dipping. Now if I’m completely honest, I did not care for the Veggie Grape Leaves or the Fattoush Salad. The salad seemed a little soggy and the flavors just kind of blended together, and the Grape Leaves had much too strong of a lemon/garlic type of taste that was way too overpowering.For our Entrees I decided on the Kibbeh Niyeh (raw lamb), which was very fresh and a large portion for the price. My friend decided to mix it up and try the Chicken Florentine. I wasn’t sure a predominantly Middle Eastern style restaurant could deliver on a dish like that, but not only was the portion huge, the flavor and quality is like one you’d find at a nice Italian restaurant. I was very surprised.For Dessert we of course had to try the Tiramisu. Each bite nearly had our eyes rolling to the back of our heads. It was light but flavorful, and each bite just melted in your mouth.If you’re in the mood for good Mediterranean, I highly recommend checking this place out!“

When she found out it was my birthday she said was going to do something special for me. Her and the bartender came back with a platter of delicous cakes for the table complete with sparklers and happy birthday sign. Finished up with a round of shots and a beer for me, on the house. The group was disappointed our previous plans got canceled, but Hannah and the team made up for it. It made my bday night! My only regret is it's too far from home to be a regular stop.
