Chili's Grill & Bar

On of the worst Chili's that we've ever been to. The place was 3/4 empty and they sat us in the back near the kitchen and bathrooms. Normally sitting by the kitchen is good because the food is hotter, but not here. My classic nachos were cold as ice and my mom's hamburger was way overcooked and the fries were cold. Walked in and was told an hour to an hour and a half wait. No worries, it's mother's day, everywhere has a wait. Just weird because the restaurant was empty, must be staffing related. Actually got seated after only about 20 minutes so not bad at all. Food was wonderful but service was horrible! Kept having to pester the server in the next section because our server never came around. Our server was incredibly rude when she did come around. Isaiah was such a great server and was so kind and nice and helpful with ordering and made me feel like I am welcome and we will definitely come back:)Isaiah was a phenomenal and awesome server.
