I stopped at this portillos off the expressway on our way home from a road trip. All of the floors (restaurant and bathroom) were very clean. The employees were all pleasant and positive. They still call the numbers with the rhymes at this location. Tim. The manager was great too. He helped the staff in many areas and also retrieved my forgotten handbag when I left without it and called ten minutes later.
Great food, fun atmosphere.
